Agreement

By accessing or using TipityTools at tools.tipitylabs.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Tipity Labs ("we," "us," "our").

1. Description of Service

TipityTools provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools including but not limited to: JSON formatter, Base64 encoder/decoder, password generator, image resizer, text tools, color tools, SEO tools, and unit converters. All tool logic executes in your browser. We do not process or store your input data on our servers.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code for unauthorized redistribution
Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service at a rate that creates excessive server load
Use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity

3. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIPITY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE DOLLAR ($1.00).

5. Accuracy of Tool Output

Tool outputs (hashes, conversions, generated text, contrast ratios, etc.) are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Do not rely on tool output for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or security-sensitive decisions without independent verification. Tool implementations follow industry-standard algorithms but errors may exist.

6. Intellectual Property

The TipityTools name, logo, and site design are the property of Tipity Labs. The underlying tool implementations are based on standard browser APIs and open algorithms. You may use the outputs of the tools freely for any personal or commercial purpose. You may not redistribute the Service itself or claim it as your own product.

7. Advertising

The Service is free and supported by advertising served by CleanMedia / SecureAdDisplay. By using the Service you consent to the display of these advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for its accuracy or appropriateness.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in the United States.
